Libre Fasting ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Definitions

"Collect" refers to transmitting data off the device in a way that allows you and/or your third-party partners to access it for a period longer than necessary to service the transmitted request in real time.

"Third-party partners" include analytics tools, advertising networks, third-party SDKs, or other external vendors whose code you have added to the app.

Data We Collect

Libre Fasting does not collect any data as defined above. The app stores the following information only on your device:

  • Fasting data you enter (fast type, start and end times, duration, and completion details).
  • Optional metrics you enter (weight and body fat).
  • App settings (quick fast preference, theme and color choices, notification toggle).

How We Use Data

We use your data solely to provide the app's features, including:

  • Tracking your fasting sessions and progress.
  • Showing your history and completion stats.
  • Scheduling reminders if you enable notifications.
  • Exporting your history when you choose to share it.

Data Storage and Sharing

  • All data is stored locally on your device.
  • We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell your data on any server.
  • We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
  • We do not share your data with third-party partners.
  • If you export your history, you choose where it goes using your device's share options.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. We do not send push notifications or collect device tokens. You can turn reminders off at any time in Settings.

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app, which removes locally stored data.

Children's Privacy

Libre Fasting is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
